Golbi 300 mg एक ऐसी दवा है जिसमें Ursodeoxycholic Acid (UDCA) होता है। यह पित्त (bile) की संरचना और प्रवाह को प्रभावित करती है तथा कुछ प्रकार की पित्त की पथरी को धीरे-धीरे घुलाने में मदद कर सकती है।
इसका इस्तेमाल कुछ लिवर और पित्त नलिकाओं से संबंधित बीमारियों में भी डॉक्टर की सलाह से किया जाता है। यह हर प्रकार की पथरी या लिवर की बीमारी के लिए उपयुक्त नहीं है।
गोल्बी 300 टैबलेट का इस्तेमाल कोलेस्ट्रॉल गॉलस्टोन, प्राइमरी बिलेरी सिरोसिस, प्राइमरी स्क्लेरोसिंग चोलैंगिटिस, और सिस्टिक फाइब्रोसिस से जुड़ी लिवर की बीमारी के इलाज के लिए किया जाता है. यह पित्त के फ्लो को बेहतर बनाता है और उसमें जमा अतिरिक्त कोलेस्ट्रॉल को तोड़ने में मदद करता है, जिससे गॉलस्टोन धीरे-धीरे घुलने लगते हैं और लिवर को नुकसान से बचाव होता है.
