Zimig 250 mg एक antifungal medicine है, जिसका उपयोग त्वचा और नाखूनों के कुछ प्रकार के फंगल संक्रमण के इलाज में डॉक्टर की सलाह से किया जाता है।
Zimig 250 mg में Terbinafine होता है। यह फंगस की कोशिका की बाहरी झिल्ली बनाने की प्रक्रिया को प्रभावित करता है, जिससे फंगल संक्रमण को खत्म करने में मदद मिलती है।
यह दवा कुछ ऐसे फंगल संक्रमणों में दी जाती है जिनमें केवल क्रीम लगाना पर्याप्त न हो या संक्रमण नाखूनों में हो। इसका उपयोग संक्रमण के प्रकार, गंभीरता और मरीज की स्थिति के अनुसार डॉक्टर तय करते हैं।
Common uses
- 1. Ringworm (दाद)
- त्वचा पर होने वाले कुछ प्रकार के दाद के संक्रमण में, जब डॉक्टर oral treatment जरूरी समझें।
- 2. Tinea Cruris
- जांघों के जोड़ और groin area में होने वाले कुछ फंगल संक्रमणों के इलाज में।
- 3. Athlete’s Foot (Tinea Pedis)
- पैरों और उँगलियों के बीच होने वाले कुछ फंगल संक्रमणों में।
- 4. Fungal Nail Infection (Onychomycosis)
- हाथ या पैर के नाखूनों में होने वाले फंगल संक्रमण में डॉक्टर इसे निर्धारित कर सकते हैं।
- ध्यान दें: हर खुजली, दाद जैसे निशान या नाखून के बदलाव का कारण फंगस नहीं होता। सही diagnosis जरूरी है।
