Important precautions

Before you use this medicine

  • किन लोगों को विशेष सावधानी रखनी चाहिए?
  • 1. पेट में अल्सर या रक्तस्राव:
  • जिन लोगों को पेट या आँतों में अल्सर, पहले से रक्तस्राव या ऐसी समस्या का इतिहास रहा है, उन्हें डॉक्टर को बताना चाहिए। यह दवा पेट में गंभीर रक्तस्राव का जोखिम बढ़ा सकती है।
  • 2. लिवर की बीमारी:
  • लिवर की बीमारी या अधिक शराब सेवन की स्थिति में विशेष सावधानी जरूरी है। Paracetamol की अधिक मात्रा लिवर को गंभीर नुकसान पहुँचा सकती है।
  • 3. किडनी की बीमारी:
  • किडनी की समस्या वाले मरीज डॉक्टर की सलाह के बिना इसका उपयोग न करें।
  • 4. हृदय रोग और उच्च रक्तचाप:
  • हृदय रोग, हाई ब्लड प्रेशर या शरीर में सूजन वाले मरीजों में NSAID दवाओं से जोखिम बढ़ सकता है।
  • 5. गर्भावस्था:
  • गर्भावस्था में, विशेषकर 20 सप्ताह के बाद, NSAID दवाओं से भ्रूण को नुकसान का जोखिम हो सकता है। गर्भावस्था के अंतिम तीन महीनों में Aceclofenac जैसी दवाएँ नहीं लेनी चाहिए। गर्भवती होने या गर्भधारण की योजना बनाने पर डॉक्टर से सलाह लें।
  • 6. स्तनपान:
  • स्तनपान कराने वाली महिलाओं को इस्तेमाल से पहले डॉक्टर से सलाह लेनी चाहिए।
  • 7. एलर्जी या अस्थमा:
  • यदि Aspirin या अन्य NSAID दवाओं से एलर्जी, साँस लेने में परेशानी या अस्थमा बढ़ने की समस्या होती है, तो डॉक्टर को अवश्य बताएँ।
  • 8. अन्य दवाएँ:
  • Warfarin जैसी रक्त पतला करने वाली दवाएँ, अन्य NSAIDs, कुछ ब्लड प्रेशर की दवाएँ और कुछ अन्य दवाएँ इसके साथ प्रतिक्रिया कर सकती हैं। डॉक्टर को अपनी सभी दवाओं की जानकारी दें।
  • 9. बच्चों और बुजुर्गों में उपयोग:
  • बच्चों को बिना विशेषज्ञ की सलाह के न दें। बुजुर्गों में पेट, किडनी, लिवर और हृदय संबंधी दुष्प्रभावों का जोखिम अधिक हो सकता है।

How to store it

Zerodol-P Tablet को सही तरीके से सुरक्षित रखना जरूरी है। दवा को 30°C से कम तापमान पर रखने के निर्देश का पालन करें, जब तक पैक पर कुछ अलग न लिखा हो। इसे ठंडी और सूखी जगह पर रखें। सीधे धूप, अधिक गर्मी और नमी से बचाएँ। टैबलेट को उसकी मूल स्ट्रिप में रखें। बच्चों और पालतू जानवरों की पहुँच से दूर रखें। एक्सपायरी डेट निकलने के बाद दवा का उपयोग न करें। टूटी हुई, रंग बदली हुई या खराब दिखने वाली टैबलेट इस्तेमाल न करें।
